OUR PROCESS

The Cerca process was designed to ensure that our customers experience best in class service. You will be updated at every step of the process and provided with a delivery timeline once your order is placed. We pride ourselves in our level of responsiveness and transparency, which is why every one of our customers is assigned a dedicated account manager to provide follow ups and answer questions.

SITE VISIT

2+ weeks after initial consultation

Once you have been in contact with our team and secured a reservation package, we will put you in contact with contractors within our network (depending on location) to evaluate your property and provide feedback regarding installation costs.

PERMITTING

2-24+ weeks

Once your plan set submission is provided to the City, you will need to wait for your permit to be issued. We advise getting the process started as soon as possible to avoid delays. Our team will be available to serve you throughout the process should any questions or comments come up that need to be addressed.

DESIGN

2-4 weeks

One of our in house designers will be assigned to you where you will be provided with more detail regarding the site plan, elevations, and specific design configurations.

FABRICATION

2-6 weeks

Once you receive your permit, we will start with the production process based on the design and engineering configurations approved by the City. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline once we get closer to production completion.

SUBMISSION

4+ weeks

Our designers will work with structural engineers to prepare a plan set submission for permits based on the design choices you selected.

ASSEMBLY

1-2 weeks

You will work directly with your chosen installer to get your unit assembled and complete.
